Director of Product Management, Continuous Verification

POSITION SUMMARY
Harness is looking for a committed Director, Product Management to drive the definition, development and adoption of our Continuous Verification product. The product helps developers deliver software faster to production by de-risking all planned and unplanned changes (including application deployments and infrastructure changes) using AIOps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own all aspects of the Continuous Verification product
• Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs
• Define product requirements based on customers needs, market and technology trends
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, support and field teams to drive successful product release and adoption
• Collaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content requirements
ABOUT YOU
- 8-10 years of experience in product management
- Strong experience with building cloud services or SaaS technologies
- Solid understanding of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes and/or similar cloud infrastructure stacks
- Experience with application & infrastructure monitoring solutions such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Datadog, ELK, New Relic and more
- Experience with applications of machine learning in the DevOps space
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills and data driven product decision-making mindset

- Software development lifecycle methods (e.g. waterfall, Agile/scrum) and typical process steps
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. EE, CS); MBA or similar degree highly preferred
