POSITION SUMMARYLife360 is looking for an accomplished Director of Product Management with a strong background in growth and marketing to build and lead our growth team. In this position, you will report to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design and marketing leadership on Life360 core growth model including acquisition (organic and paid marketing), conversion to membership  (key in-product funnels, notifications and lifecycle) and retention (LTV). Additionally, you will spearhead our international efforts to unlock growth of Life360 in other countries. You’ll oversee opportunity identification, experiment design, forecasting, goaling and metrics/reporting design to help our growth teams operate effectively. This is a unique opportunity to grow a career in growth and help Life360 grow to 100 MAU (and more) and millions of paid members across the world.ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will build and lead a high-performance product growth organization including product management, data science, design and user research, and be responsible for your organization's productivity, operational excellence and business impact
  • You will help communicate your team’s work and directly assist senior leaders in decision making
  • You will help prioritize and set the vision for your team’s work, making difficult tradeoffs on design based on business constraints, ensuring on-time deliverables and high-quality analyses
  • You will run a tight ship making sure that efficiency is always the norm
  • You will set the foundation for a highly impacting growth team including working with data engineering to prepare the analytics pipelines, working with engineers to implement the necessary foundational frameworks and tools and working with marketing to track advertising conversion
  • You will participate in interviewing, hiring decisions, on-boarding, and mentoring of new team members with the goal of quickly making them productive members of your team.

ABOUT YOU

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent, MBA is preferred
  • 8+ years product management in high-growth consumer technology products (B2C)
  • 3+ years of leadership and management experience in building a high performing growth product team
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in cross-functional capacity with leaders in engineering, product, marketing, finance, etc.
  • Experience with consumer mobile gaming or dating and social products, technologies and platforms is strongly preferred 
  • Demonstrated success in building and integrating a new product management function into an organization
  • Solid quantitative analytical and data-driven decision making skills
  • Strong consumer intuition and an insatiable desire for more knowledge about the customer.
  • Experience with influencing and collaboration at the executive level 
  • Outstanding communication skills
