POSITION SUMMARY

Harness is looking for a Director of Product Management, Growth who will be responsible for the common growth platform needed by all the Harness product modules including CI, CD, CE, CV and CF. This role is a part of the Platform PM team and will work in close collaboration with the individual product PMs, Go-To-Market engineering, web marketing, sales operations, finance and executive team to ensure that the Harness Platform continues to grow exponentially.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Self-service funnel from signup to onboarding to initial conversion (to paid customer) via credit card checkout.
  • Pricing/licensing and packaging including the freemium and open source editions.
  • Partner marketplaces - AWS, GCP, Azure, RedHat, VMWare and more.
  • Product usage analytics to drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities and build an Early Warning System to address churn.

ABOUT YOU

  • 8-10 years of experience in product management
  • Strong experience with building cloud services or SaaS technologies
  • Solid understanding of AWS and/or similar cloud stacks
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven product decision-making mindset
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Software development lifecycle methods (e.g. waterfall, Agile/scrum) and typical process steps
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. EE, CS); MBA or similar degree highly preferred
