General Purpose: The Director Product Management, Loyalty (Corsair Club) will be responsible to drive the offer development and roadmaps for Corsair’s loyalty site and offerings including:

  • Community engagement and forums
  • Rewards – Points and badges
  • Competitions and exclusive events
  • Support services
  • Learning – video libraries, coaching and training
  • Software offerings
  • Gear bundles
  • Merchandise

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Product Management:
    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on services and customers to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Drive end-to-end planning, design, development and delivery of loyalty (Corsair Club) for Corsair across all channels, ensuring alignment with marketing (Social and Technical), UX, and with BUs, Finance, Support, and IT:
      • Write business, marketing and technical requirements to enable various use cases.
      • Ensure all SKUs are created, up to date, relevant and pricing is appropriate.
      • Develop new bundle offers based on customer needs, market trends, or new partnership opportunities.
    • Synthesize internal (e.g., customer, products/services, and financial) and competitor data and parlay into actionable initiatives and outcomes.
    • Track KPIs and actual results vs forecasted to inform iterative process and optimize on the offer design.
    • Create and lead implementation plan for offer design changes, addressing resource needs, timing, and risks
    • Obtain buy-ins from all stakeholders and drive vision into action and results
    • Identify and address any process design gaps surrounding Loyalty
    • Own relationships with existing and potential third-party products/services partners to collaborate on offers 
    • Build reporting, dashboards, and visualizations, monitor and understand performance along key KPIs
  • Report to SVP, Strategy & New Ventures

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience: 
    • Demonstrated history of successfully developing and bringing loyalty programs and new products to market
    • Internet and Loyalty / Enthusiast Site experience strongly preferred
    • Gaming and streaming market experience is valuable, but not required
    • Thorough understanding of P&L, breakeven & sensitivity analysis
    • Undergraduate degree and MBA or equivalent experience.
    • Leadership Skills:
      • Track record on building business plans and executing them
      • Ability to identify, prioritize critical vs important impact initiatives:
        • Strong analytical deduction and diagnostic ability to find and solve problems
        • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision making skills
      • Proven success managing people and projects, working across teams, and driving performance in a cross-functional environment
    • General Skills:
      • Experience leveraging web analytics
      • Proficiency in multi-dimensional databases
      • Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships of trust and manage professionals in both direct and indirect reporting capacities.
      • Detail orientation required. Ability to quickly identify issues and develop a recommended plan of action to address.
      • Self-starter with the ability to streamline executive decision making and effectively manage concurrent projects and teams.
      • Strong communication skills:
        • Deliver content feedback and articulate implementable strategies to make coaching and training content and services better
    • Presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across audiences at varying levels of the organization
