The Role

Are you looking to make your mark and scale a high-growth B2B startup? If so, think about the impact you could have by being the second product marketer at Productiv.

Productiv is looking for a Product Marketing Director who's eager to build a product marketing function. You will report directly to the Head of Product Marketing.

This is one of those rare positions where you'll get to shape our product marketing strategy, while still rolling your sleeves up and getting to do the work of creating sales collateral, working on competitive analysis, and launching products.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the communication around the value proposition and feature and product level messaging.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to guarantee a fantastic experience as people journey from Lead to Prospect, and from Customer to Advocate.
  • Work with Demand Gen to accelerate customer targeting and acquisition
  • Help establish a expertise point of view and company brand

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in product marketing for B2B technology sales (7+ Years)
  • Proven results driving messaging that accelerates the customer journey
  • Experience partnering and enabling sales teams
  • A proven data-driven approach to iterating on content and enablement materials
  • Growth mindset, thriving on challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced, startup environment
