The Role:

We're seeking a passionate, collaborative, and creative Director of Product to help us democratize access to high quality health care. We have 3 product offerings in the market: Expert Medical Opinions, Navigation & Virtual Care. This is a role that will lead our new Virtual Care product offering to help transform and define the virtual care space for our members and customers. This includes helping us build a comprehensive and integrated experience with high quality virtual primary care, clinical navigation, integrated behavioral health and specialty care.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead a product line from inception to launch, play a pivotal role interacting with customers to understand their needs, and partner with research to understand unmet needs. Additionally, this role will collaborate across teams by working closely with design, engineering, clinical and care, go-to-market teams and other product leaders to drive the success of the Virtual Care product.

This position will report directly to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Virtual Care
• Champion the ideals of innovation and “thinking ahead” while maintaining a commitment to a roadmap and requirements
• Lead the full product cycle: business case, ideation, research, design, development, launch, and iteration
• Define the frameworks and metrics through which you will measure success, and monitor and analyze those metrics to track progress and inform prioritization
• Partner with customers, clinicians, user research, data science, sales, and customer success to identify and prioritize initiatives that make our products market competitive, member-preferred, and maximally impactful
• This will start off as a team of one (Sr Product Manager), with a path to hiring and growing your team as the product evolves

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience working as a product manager
• 5+ years of professional experience managing and growing a product team
• Ability to attract, hire, and retain fantastic talent and inspire them to do their best work
• Experience leading a product from inception to launch
• A proven track record of delivering product experiences that users love and that create business impact
• Ability to break down complex problems and iteratively ship and deliver value
• Experience working on big problems with high ambiguity
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a broad range of stakeholders
• Excellent business judgment and ability to adapt to changing needs
• Passion for changing how people experience healthcare
• Prior digital health experience a plus
