As Director of Product Management, you will drive our product strategy, create products that delight our customers and drive business impact. You will lead a team of product managers who are focused on growing our existing business and identifying and developing entirely new products. You have a demonstrated track record in product management leadership role(s) in a B2C online or mobile business. You are a combination of product strategist, analytical thinker and problem solver, and world class operational leader. You have a bias toward action and thrive on shipping products that drive results. You are a great problem solver, possess deep customer understanding and empathy, refined product judgment, and inspiring leadership skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop a great team of product managers
• Build out your team with amazing talent
• Drive our overall product strategy
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for all key product area(s)
• Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of new products
• Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a leadership role in product management and a world class operator
• 5+ years of B2C product management experience (web and/or mobile)
• Strategic, creative and analytic
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly and execute methodically
• Brilliant product strategist with experience scaling a product from the ground up
• Know how to delight customers and how to use data to know if you did
• Prior startup experience is a must
• BS degree, MS/MBA preferred
