RingCentral is looking for a rockstar eCommerce Manager to support our rapidly accelerating eCommerce business across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be a perfect blend of optimization specialist and growth hacker, partnering with cross-functional teams across Creative, Engineering, Product, and Sales to expand RingCentral’s eCommerce business.
Your Responsibilities
Implement and execute eCommerce strategy on a continuous, high-impact conversion optimization cadence.
Partner with analysts/data scientists to identify conversion blockers and experience gaps throughout the eCommerce ecosystem.
Own reporting for conversion optimization progress and overall eCommerce health.
Lead ideation and implementation of new features/functionality that enhance customer experience and maximize business efficiency.
Collaborate with creative teams to translate functional requirements/ideas into dynamic and engaging experiences.
Partner with implementation teams to deliver key enhancements to the eCommerce experience.
Partner with sales teams to devise a new promotions and deals strategy to maximize eCommerce business growth.
We’d love to have a candidate with:
3+ years of experience managing and optimizing eCommerce experiences/platforms.
Mastery of A/B testing tools (i.e. Optimizely, Adobe Target, Wingify/VWO).
Proactive, positive, articulate and collaborative team player with outstanding analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with a cross-functional team while adapting to changing requirements, diverse project needs, and tight timelines.
Ability to be hands-on with implementation and analysis.
B2B and SaaS experience a plus.
Prior functional or technical experience in eCommerce systems a plus.
