We believe that the way consumers and businesses interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. Plaid is looking for an experienced customer-facing leader to manage and grow a team of enterprise account managers who partner with some of the largest names in fintech and financial services. As a member of the Growth leadership team, you’ll play a key role in defining the enterprise Growth strategy, cultivating relationships with key executive stakeholders across Plaid’s largest customers, and executing on expansion opportunities that drive meaningful revenue growth for the company.

What you'll do

  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing a world-class team of enterprise account managers to grow our business with Plaid’s largest customers
  • Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that is different every day
  • Delivering world-class results, while continuously challenging yourself and your team to be more ambitious
  • Navigating complicated and sometimes contentious conversations towards win-win outcomes with our customers
  • Working with other Growth leadership to set the direction for your team, Growth, and Plaid as a whole
  • Plaid’s mission and our ability to enable innovation within financial services

What excites us

  • Strong relationship skills, high EQ, and a long term, partnership-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
  • 4+ years of experience managing and growing a team of top performing contributors
  • 8+ years of customer-facing experience working with large, complex organizations
  • Extensive experience, and a background in financial services is a strong plus
  • Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed
