The Creator Ecosystems group at Discord is responsible for building the tools, systems and processes to empower creators to run their community. The Creator Ecosystems team is bringing the next generation of creators and their communities onto Discord.We're looking for a Group Product Manager reporting to our Head of Product to join us and lead our Creator Ecosystems team. You will responsible for creating a vision, building systems and features, ideating creative solutions, and building a product group to help creators build communities.What you'll be doing

• Guide the product philosophy, vision, and roadmap for features and tools that drive healthy communities.
• Grow a team of accomplished product managers to help empower creators to build a business.
• Work with teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build delightful outstanding products.
• Work with our other Revenue squads to create a connected vision for building a scalable business that aligns with our users interests.
• Partner with other product teams across Discord, such as Communities, Creator Ecosystems, Apps, and more.
• Empathize with dozens of personas and use-cases, and think creator-first.

What you should have

• Ability to excel in ambiguous environments, excited about finding solutions to complex problems, and then executing them.
• 6+ years of experience building and shipping great software, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines.
• 3+ years of experience managing product managers.
• 3+ years of experience focused on building self-serve B2B/B2C tools or marketplaces.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue impact through empowering customers.
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize data, including writing SQL.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers.
• Strong product sense and pride in understanding your customers.
