We are witnessing a massive shift of consumer behavior from offline to online. With it, there is a need for technologies that enable online businesses to thrive. Bolt is at the center of this universe working on the next generation of ecommerce, having created a best-in-class buying experience from checkout to fraud detection, payments and more. With our help, retailers can successfully compete with the online retail giants that have the means to invest in technology. 

Bolt is fundamentally reimagining ecommerce identity by building a global identity layer that allows shoppers to have seamless, personalized, and rewarding experiences across any retailer with one account. We’re starting with one click checkout but plan to expand what our accounts products can do for both shoppers and retailers. We are looking for a product leader to own this area of our business, manage and build a small team, and find paths to scaling the market penetration of our accounts products amongst retailers.

To excel in this role you will need to be structured in your thinking, a technical expert, customer and quality obsessed, able to work directly with partners and customers, and willing to move fast and iterate. You will partner with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive short term results as well as long term innovation. Lastly, you need to be comfortable moving into uncharted territories building products and features outside of your areas of expertise. 

What You'll Do

  • Seek out customer, data, and design-driven insight and use that insight to help your team clear plans, priorities, and goals for your team
  • Consistently deliver high-quality new products and features while improving the reliability of what already exists.
  • Set audacious goals for your area’s impact on the overall organization and regularly hit them
  • Speak the language of the engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market functions to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Translate long term vision into clear actionable next steps for engineering teams. 

What Will Set You Up for Success

  • 4+ years of experience as a product management leader and people manager at a successful tech company
  • A clear history of delivering high-quality products
  • Domain expertise in engineering, B2B, design, data, and go-to-market
  • Strong communication skills and project management ability
  • Experience in identity, security, and ecommerce a plus
