As a Growth Manager at Nightfall, you’ll own our new business pipeline generated through creative tactics and experiments you develop to drive and nurture inbound opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and growth marketing. You’ll develop high-impact, low-cost solutions that fall outside the methods normally used by traditional B2B lead generation. You’ll help prospects understand the value of Nightfall through excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and business acumen. You will partner closely with the sales, marketing, and product team to identify opportunities that otherwise would be left undiscovered and rapidly prototype campaigns. This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity where you’ll leverage your startup founder’s mentality to build, test, and scale an inbound engine. The right candidate is a self-starter and a growth hacker who is excited by experimentation and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive of, build, and run growth marketing experiments rooted in creativity and measurability.
  • A/B test messaging and study the market to understand the value props our customers care about
  • Rapidly prototype and measure campaigns ranging from traditional marketing (SEO, SEM, etc.) to out-of-the-box experiments.
  • Analyze and optimize funnel metrics to ensure ROI and demonstrate ROI improvements as campaigns scale.
  • Work cross-functionally alongside Nightfall’s leadership team to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run marketing campaigns that drive direct revenue impact.
  • Generate new business pipeline and own a pipeline target.
  • Respond to, manage, and nurture all inbound leads.

Requirements

  • Data-driven mindset toward implementing campaigns, leveraging account segmentation, and optimizing campaign investments
  • Experience with performance marketing tools including Google Ads, social platforms, email, etc.
  • A problem solver’s mentality rooted in intellectual curiosity and creativity. 
  • Obsessed with solving puzzles and never giving up.
  • Inbox 0 type personality.
  • Scrappy entrepreneurial, general manager, startup founder mentality biasing for action, and a deep comfort with ambiguity and wearing many hats.

Bonus Points

  • Computer Science degree or relevant work experience with Python (or equivalent), SQL, Javascript, or full stack web development.
