This position is based in San Francisco, CA and reports to the Head of Product Management.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for onboarding patients and growing conversion across all marketing channels
• You will use a data-driven approach to determine which of our strategies and tactics are working and what should be changed or improved
• Use data and qualitative data to measure success, iterate & evolve our product strategy
• Prioritize product and feature development against business objectives, timelines, and available resources
• Document product requirements, develop user flows, and translate into scoped engineering deliverables
• Partner with design counterparts to turn complex product requirements into simple and usable digital experiences
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to efficiently and effectively deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers at scale

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of product management experience, start-up environment preferable
• Experience optimizing growth funnels or loop experiences
• Skills in user-centric, quantitative and qualitative methods to unearth product opportunities and validate ideas (AB testing, prototyping, etc.)
• Strength working with analytics and measurement software tools, coupled with strong data analysis skills
• Ability to assess opportunities and results and story-tell to present hypotheses, synthesize findings and share next steps
• Experience product managing an agile product development process and ceremonies, partnering with Engineering, Design and stakeholders to shepherd product solutions through the full product lifecycle
• Excellent sense of empathy for end-users and stakeholders with sharp verbal communication, writing, and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial spirit towards problem-solving and organization
• Curiosity and adaptiveness to tackle product strategy and execution in new product areas as our organization and business needs mature and change.
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and kindly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
