About the Job
As a Growth Product Manager for TaskRabbit, you will be responsible for leading experimentation and data-driven decision-making to help TaskRabbit grow both our supply (Tasker) and demand (Client) sides of our marketplace. You will work collaboratively with the Marketing team and key leaders within EDDP (Engineering, Data, Design, & Product) to optimize our acquisition funnels, build a growth strategy to acquire new users, and analyze the growth metrics of the product. Our ideal candidate is passionate about TaskRabbit and the sharing economy and has experience shipping impactful products in a Growth PM role.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and communicate a product strategy and roadmap for top of funnel growth
- Collaborate with the marketing, product marketing, design and engineering teams to improve customer acquisition, run experiments and drive measurable results
- Identify the largest opportunities and points of friction in acquisition through quantitative and qualitative research
- Develop hypotheses that remove or reduce points of friction and design experiments that test those hypotheses
- Create data-driven analyses that help inform prioritization and regularly analyze the key growth metrics for our marketplace
- Work cross-functionally with other PMs and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of growth product management experience
- You have experience with funnel optimization and testing
- You have experience with data analysis and are able to draw insights from complex data
- You’re good at inspiring and leading teams. You take the time to really understand individuals’ interests and sources of motivation
- You have good business sense and can see the big picture.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and can demonstrate the ability to manage ambiguity
- You’re excellent at execution. You’ve worn Product Manager, Project Manager and Quality Assurance hats whenever needed, even if those functions weren’t in your title.
- You have a BS/BA in any field - the important thing is that you’re intellectually curious
- You’re comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment
- You love open, honest, healthy communication. No time for politics
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRMs / Content Management Systems is a plus!
