IT Product Manager- Sales Enablement

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Product Manager to help scale Atlassian's unique GTM IT Salestech team. Are you passionate about working with a cross-functional, geographically distributed team to build and deliver mission-critical business capabilities that support Atlassian Enterprise Sales & Marketing? More about the role:
- Partner with multi-functional teams to streamline and optimize the processes related to Lead-to-Opportunity and CS Processes
- Identify the underlying business needs, especially when given prescribed solutions or vague requirements
- Own ideation, strategy, technical development, and delivery of business solutions for our Sales Platform.
- Establish and manage relationships with business partners, such as Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commerce team
- Drive the governance of the system integrity and performance of various sales platforms.
- Drive agile software development methodologies like Kanban or Scrum (JIRA hands-on)
Competencies:
- Detailed oriented and drive alignment to strategic objectives!
- 10+ years of Demonstrable experience in IT implementing various projects/programs for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Lightning, Marketo, etc.
- Demonstrable ability to drive end-to-end lifecycle, from conception to launch as well as post-launch support
- Salesforce Certification preferred (Certified Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
- Prior experience working in a SaaS company using cloud applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, MuleSoft, etc. is a plus
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills or experience
- Logical/Perceptive, problem-solving, detail-oriented, solution-oriented
- Flexibility/Adaptability
