Senior Product Manager, Monetization
Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers everyone to create incredible experiences for the web — without writing any code.
As a Senior Product Manager for Monetization, you will oversee the strategy and roadmap for driving monetization at Webflow. You will develop best-in-class upgrade paths, oversee the self-serve funnel, and determine our monetization strategy. In this role, you will be partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and BizOps.

- Define and oversee the strategy and roadmap for driving monetization at Webflow
- Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company
- Combine user research, experimentation, and analysis to identify opportunities to innovate and develop unique, seamless, and delightful upgrade paths
- Partner closely with data science and analytics to define key success metrics
- Play a key role as a founding member of the Product Growth team helping to define the strategy, vision, and culture
About you
You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Manager for Monetization if you:
- Have experience as a Product Manager driving conversion/monetization for a b2b subscription business
- Have owned product strategy to successfully drive measurable improvements in the product lifecycle (e.g., user growth, monetization, engagement, retention)
- Thorough understanding of how to build and optimize a self-service funnel
- Strong analytical skills; experience using data to identify opportunities and analyze experiment results
- Ability to influence others, implement change, and standardize processes
