Role Overview 

As Lead Product Manager, you will be driving the product vision for the highly successful franchise, Covet Fashion. This is an exciting opportunity, as you’ll have a chance to work with a world-class team on a product that millions of women love. For the last 7 years, Covet has held its position as the #1 Fashion Game, and we continue to achieve new revenue records every year! As a product leader you will be responsible for shaping the roadmap with our GM, designing new features, and ensuring that Covet meets its quarterly and yearly commitments. You will identify with our players, think critically about the business, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver the next stage of growth for the franchise.

What you'll be doing:

  • Understand Covet’s strategic and competitive position and deliver world-class experiences to our audience
  • Drive the product strategy for Covet and communicate your rationale to the Covet Team and company stakeholders
  • Leverage data analytics, multivariate testing, qualitative user research, and predictive modeling to optimize KPIs, identify business opportunities, and shape the Covet roadmap
  • Coordinate across content, engineering, art, BI, and user research departments to implement innovative new features that result in revenue and DAU growth
  • Immerse yourself in all things Covet; learn the dynamics of the Covet community, understand the psychology of our players, and identify their in-game needs
  • Build forecast models to project game performance and communicate expectations to the Glu Finance Team and studio executives
  • Create detailed feature specs and work closely with our in-house dev team in planning the technical implementation, edge cases, and release plans for each design
  • Manage A/B experimentation and analytics priorities for the team
  • Work with central teams, including UA and Marketing, to define deliverables and establish robust methodologies

Your ideal background would have:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile games designed for women
  • Adept at leading product development in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
  • Expertly skilled in statistical analysis and data-driven product development
  • Fantastic UX intuition and a passion for elegant user flows
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills; a succinct technical writer, as well as a strong public speaker who is comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Effective at bringing people together and gaining alignment across various disciplines & partners
  • Creative, proactive, and driven

Our office is right across the street from Moscone Center West, just minutes from the BART station and 4th + King Caltrain with shuttle service.
