We are looking for an exceptional product leader to join Unity’s Services Dashboard team!

This role is an opportunity to drive results for the core customer experience around Unity Services. The Services Dashboard team is responsible for the development of dashboard components, tools, and user-experience for all Unity services. 

The Dashboard team is a central, cross-functional group enabling outcomes across Unity’s services business. As leader of the dashboard product team, this role will have a direct impact on how services are discovered, purchased, and used by Unity customers. It is a high visibility, broadly cross-functional position.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Services dashboard development team
• Drive your team to gather, prioritize, and define requirements for development and associated PRDs
• Build & maintain alignment between Dashboard internal customers and Dashboard team
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and user research teams to create a delightful user-experience that best serves Unity customers
• Define KPIs and success criteria for the Services Dashboard team
• Manage a team of 1-3 product managers

Requirements

• Software product management experience building and launching customer-facing web experiences
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Significant experience as a product owner/leader; requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap , PRD authoring, data analysis, communication & alignment
• Understanding of web development platforms and common front-end/back end web technologies (Ex: Angular.js, React, MySQL, CDNs, NGINX)
• Experience working with central teams serving both internal and external customers
• Understanding of web component functional areas such identity management, role-based access controls, purchasing and billing, and identity management

Bonus Points

• Strong design sense and point of view
• Experience building building analytics dashboards in the ad tech or gaming industry
• Bonus points for direct experience in mobile game or live operations
• Experience as a designer, web developer, or analyst is nice-to have
