About the role:
We’re seeking an analytical and organized problem solver to provide strategic insights and lead continuous product improvement efforts for Pricing operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced and self-directed environment, collaborating cross-functionally with Pricing, Product Management, Engineering, and Learning & Development teams to guarantee product readiness, communication, training, and support for feature and platform changes.
As a Pricing Product Operations Lead, you will:
- Collect data and scope projects required to accurately track success across Pricing functions.
- Prioritize feedback/ideas based on data, and build business cases to embed your requests within the PM’s product roadmap.
- Be a product expert and serve as a consultant for the Pricing operations teams, and be responsible for product knowledge dissemination in the organization as products evolve.
- Plan, coordinate and manage launch and adoption activities for feature and platform changes.
- Work cross-functionally with Pricing, Product Management, Engineering, and Learning & Development teams to guarantee product readiness, communication, training and support for launches.
- Manage technical issues from the field and provide guidance on resolution to Pricing teams
We’re looking for teammates who have:
- 3-6 years across roles in product operations, product management, sales operations, consulting, or investment banking,
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including familiarity with SQL
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with a senior leadership
