We're looking for a talented Principal Product Manager to be part of our tight-knit Product Team. Zumper is a product and a design-led company that believes in the power of bringing simplicity and efficiency to the renting process.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with our Head of Product and Chief Revenue Officer to sequence roadmap initiatives for one of our key product areas
• Work with the design/engineering/product teams to develop and launch products with efficiency
• Define and execute on user testing and research to get inside our renter’s heads to get our product closer to the ideal renting process
• Define market and competitive expertise to inform internal development priorities
• Work with sales, marketing, services, and customer success to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction targets are achieved
• Experience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization

Who You Are

• You have 6+ years product management experience in consumer apps
• Able to define and understand conversion funnels, retention, A/B testing and go-to-market strategies
• Can develop products, technologies and platforms with significant user traction
• Have demonstrated success defining and shipping amazing products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective
• Have strong attention to detail, organizational skills and can communicate effectively to influence teams
• Are able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and experts to achieve results
• Passionate about building great experiences and advocating for the user while understanding the complexity of building and delivering high quality consumer applications in a fast-paced, interactive and demanding environment
• Passionate to solve the stressful process of finding a new home
