About us:

Grand Rounds is a new kind of healthcare company. Founded in 2011, the company is on a mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere. The Grand Rounds team goes above and beyond to connect and guide people to the highest quality healthcare available for themselves and their loved ones. Grand Rounds creates products and services that give people the best possible healthcare experience. Named a 2019 Best Place to Work by Glassdoor and Rock Health’s 2018 Fastest Growing Company, Grand Rounds works with inspiring employers and doctors to empower them to be the change agents we need to make our shared vision a reality.

On the Member Experience team, we build the consumer-grade experiences that help our members access the best possible healthcare available to themselves and their family: we help them find the best quality doctors in their network, solve billing issues around care they receive, connect them to world-class specialists for 2nd opinions, go above and beyond to remove barriers to getting care (e.g. transportation, cost, education), and much more. We are looking for a Product Analyst who can partner with the product team to measure the success of product launches and experiments, define outreach criteria for targeted outreach campaigns, and build dashboards to create data visibility. There is tremendous opportunity to impact the lives of our millions of members, and this role will play a significant role in doing so.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with product managers to design core performance metrics to measure team success, and create data visualizations and reports to track these metrics over time
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to provide analytics support to help guide product strategy
  • Design targeting criteria for engagement campaigns that will bring the right people to our products and services at the right time
  • Design and execute experiments to help quantify the effects of new features
  • Perform deep dive analyses to understand the current performance of the member experience, and identify opportunities for product enhancements
  • Work with engineering to identify gaps in logging data, and transform raw logs into metrics and actionable insights

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years Industry experience ideally in a Consumer Product Managment analytics environment.
  • Degree in a quantitative field with a proven track record of data-driven decision making in business settings
  • A self-propelled continuous learner who keeps up with new tools and techniques by taking online classes, attending conferences and getting his/her hands dirty
  • Expert in SQL and proficient in Python (or R)
  • Knowledgeable about best practices around data manipulation, building data pipelines, feature engineering and creating dashboards
  • Ability to lead initiatives across multiple product areas and communicate findings with leadership and product teams
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required
