We are looking for a passionate, curious and creative problem solver to be a Product Analyst at Digit. Your role will be focused on democratizing product insights and using data to drive product strategy. What You Offer Digit

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization
  • Ability to develop quantitative analysis, ad-hoc reports, and models to derive meaning from raw data in order to influence product decisions and direction
  • Strong communications skills and ability to present work to executive staff
  • Self-starter owner attitude with an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Competent understanding of statistical principles (eg. statistical significance)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role

Onboarding Expectations

Within 1 Day, You will:

  • Start getting to know your team on a personal level
  • Become familiar with our product and company culture
  • Grasp what results look like for your team

Within 2 Weeks, You will:

  • Design a product experiment and work with engineers on launching to production
  • Deliver analysis on a recently shipped major feature to your Product Manager
  • Understand and internalize existing KPIs and how they relate to OKRs

Within 2 Months, You will:

  • Make data-driven contributions to product roadmap
  • Identify areas of improvement in our experimentation process and implement them
  • Evaluate and predict feature impact on Digit consumers and product strategy

Within 6 Months, You will:

  • Build scalable tools to enable data-driven decisions by everyone on the team
  • Partner with Product Managers to define OKRs each cycle
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for all data on your teams
