Product Architect - Global Sales Segments & Industries
The Cisco Meraki team is seeking a driven Product Architect to align with Cisco’s Global Sales Segments & Industries (GSSI) organization and support global sales plays, events, and enablement for the market.
Meraki is changing the way the industry thinks about IT, and you will support the charge to continue driving this change. You will be interlocking with many groups (Meraki Business Unit, Meraki Sales Specialists, the Global Segments teams including Commercial, Public Sector, Enterprise, and Service Provider, the Industry Solutions Group, the Global Specialist Sales organizations and more) to help ensure that:
- There is alignment between the various stakeholders to drive Meraki growth.
- Leaders in the global teams are excited and empowered to include Meraki solutions in their messaging and programs.
You have a background in supporting both sales and GTM strategy teams and a strong understanding of the Meraki products and solutions.
In addition, you will need to be extremely creative in your approach, delivering unique and new ways to accelerate and scale programs, metrics and success measures to your cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge for GSSI interlock and enablement surrounding Meraki and the inclusion within the sales plays, platforms, messaging, programs
- Work closely with the GSSI team as well as the field and sales leadership (both account sales and specialists) to understand the best opportunities for net new Meraki-only and hybrid motions.
- Work with Cisco Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams to drive adoption and awareness, with a deep coordination with the other Meraki teams that are focused on global go-to-market strategy.
- Gain feedback from various teams within Cisco on Meraki program evolution to help scale and accelerate the growth of the Cisco Meraki business.
Qualifications:
- Deep relationships with Cisco global segment and global specialist teams
- Executive presence and ability to gain trust with senior executives and leaders
- 2-5 years of work experience with routing, switching and wireless solutions
- Ability to create comprehensive reporting/metrics schemas
- Technical background in routing/switching/security
- Experience in customer facing and cross-functional roles preferred
- Entrepreneurship, "can do" attitude, and ability and willingness to make an impact
- Familiarity with the Meraki portfolio and related solution is desired and a significant plus
