An Insider's view of Deepgram

What's something quirky about your company?

I love the variety of backgrounds, and not just in job skills. When you have a conversation with someone at DG you are likely to hear a crazy story from somewhere interesting in the world or a weird fact from a random field that will make you smile and think. Fun, interesting and diverse people make a real difference to the culture.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

As a Product Designer, collaboration is key. I bring in coworkers from different departments for workshops, ideation, and feedback sessions. I got regular meetings with Marketing to make sure design stay consistent between all touch points. Collaboration with engineers is a daily thing. Based on the project, I’m looking for insight from everyone.

Ingrid Elise Dorai-Rekaa
