Mission:

Fivetran aims to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. Your mission as Product Director of Data Connectors is to apply that mission to all analytical use cases. You will drive the increase of analytical use case adoption of Fivetran. You will lead use-case-targeted Product Management teams to discover and launch improvements and connectors, big and small, that will increase data volume flowing through Fivetran. Your guiding metric will be the volume of data flowing through Fivetran.

You will be the product leader that inspires amazing outcomes for our customers. You will do this together with an amazing team of hardworking, passionate product managers and leaders from across functions. You will be the steady hand that establishes strategic direction and process to ensure consistent and thorough delivery of improvements across use cases. You will work with your team to effectively prioritize the most valuable problems. You will partner with engineering, product marketing, customer success, and other product leaders to deliver the easiest to use data pipeline the world has ever experienced.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the product vision, strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, development and execution of Data Connectors at Fivetran - our primary revenue driver
• Own the company-wide OKR of growth & churn of data volume - our revenue lever
• Drive rigorous customer research and data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, to make product & prioritization decisions
• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives with engineering, analytics, design, marketing and other product teams to ensure we are delivering a great customer experience
• Own the operation and optimization of processes for delivering new data sources and improvements to existing ones

• Technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with product managers and engineers

Technical Competency Requirements:

• Must have managed a team of product managers to outstanding outcomes
• Demonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
• Prior experience as a data analyst, with deep data analysis skills in at least one domain
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with executive stakeholders
• Experience product managing consumption-based B2B SaaS products
