Bond is building a developer platform for financial technology companies and digital brands to build beautiful products for their customers. Our API's allow companies to create financial products that delight their customers, take the guess work out of integrating with banks, and simplifying dozens of vendor contracts. We empower the developer with our tools so that they can focus on delighting their customers. As the Banking as a Service Product Lead:

You will:

• Define and guide the long-term product strategy roadmap for Bond's banking as a service platform.
• Articulate and bring the team along with the vision for how your product aligns with the business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as partnerships, compliance, data, and engineering to ship amazing products.
• Develop user stories, define features, and set acceptance criteria for features. Translate them into buildable tickets for the engineering teams.
• Lead regular standups with engineering teams, constantly mitigating conflicts, and surfacing concerns and risks.
• Build cross-functional relationships and handle complex projects across internal and external stakeholders.

You must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product management experience in building disruptive technology platforms, fintech products, or integration technology
• Passion for fintech
• Demonstrated experience shipping commercially successful enterprise products
• Experience in end-to-end ownership of a product and P&L
• Experience managing complex product development cycles and highly technical solutions
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal. Experience presenting and influencing stakeholders and decision makers
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on deadlines

You also likely have:

• MBA or MS in Technical or Business Degree
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
• Prior experience as a software engineer strongly preferred
• Proven success working with remote teams
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
