We’re looking for an exceptional product leader to own the market and drive the strategy for our Life Science product portfolio. This person will define market success, create market strategy and drive product roadmap to achieve that success. We're a product led company and our product managers own the ultimate outcomes of our products in each vertical. What you'll do

• Own the Life Sciences market strategy and ultimate success, including market strategy, product vision, packaging and communications
• Identify opportunities to solve business problems, including but not limited to applications within our clinical trial and clinical research studies programs
• Work with our initial set of enterprise customers to identify value drivers for growth
• Mine and make sense of data from company databases and external sources to discover intelligence that drives new product value
• Create the roadmap to deliver on your product vision and strategy
• Keep tabs on key competitors and their relative strengths and weaknesses, as well as their unique product strategies
• Communicate a deep understanding of the customer, the problem, and the solution with clear line of sight back to the business objectives
• Be a product advocate internally and externally, including demoing to customers and supporting product marketing content and messages
• Represent Human API as a solution and domain expert at webinars, client summits and industry events, as needed
• Stay true to our values, including serve the human first; which means prioritizing consumer transparency, trust and privacy

About you

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience within a segment of the Life Sciences, such as clinical trial research studies
• Previous experience identifying new market strategies and product offerings
• Demonstrated proficiency in market analysis techniques, including Total Available Market (TAM) creation
• Good product intuition; you can gather insights and synthesize customer needs into clear product strategy
• Ability to effectively present vision and strategy to executives
• The ability to influence people to get things done across the organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely
• Familiarity and comfort with the pace of an early stage company
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques

The national salary range for this position is 160k-200k commensurate with experience and alignment.
