About the Role: 

Wing is looking for a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Analyst to join our Hardware Systems team based in Palo Alto.  The role requires regular interaction with Engineering, Supply Chain Operations and other disciplines within the company and with external partners. Attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate has a passion for supply chain systems and has worked extensively in a fast-paced environment like Consumer Electronics. This is a hands-on position and will require significant systems level experience in PDM/PLM. Having good people skills and the ability to communicate to all levels within the organization are essential.

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead PLM activities related to the development and successful release of Wing Subsystems
• Work closely with all project Engineering (EE, ME) teams and Engineering & Supply Chain Operations to ensure product designs are accurately documented within the Agile PLM System and communicated to our external partners
• Manage the creation and processing of Bills of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Manufacturer Change Orders, Deviations and Configuration Management activities by applying best practices of PLM principles during the support of New Product Introduction (NPI) as well as sustaining efforts
• Assist with Development and implement change control and communication processes
• Assist in training end users on Agile and document control processes

What You’ll Need: 

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of industry experience in one or more of the following fields: Product Data Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing operations, development or operations engineering
• Direct experience managing product changes in a PLM environment such as Agile, or equivalent
• 5 years of experience with Product Data Management software
