Develop RingCentral’s next-generation of Line Of Business (LOB) analytics offering
Become a subject matter expert of our LOB analytics, help develop and execute product roadmap in this area
Work closely with customers and customer-facing internal teams to understand and prioritize customer needs
Define detailed product requirements, user experience and user stories for LOB Analytics features
Collaborate with product, design and development teams across multiple product lines to ensure that our analytics offering surfaces the right data, to the right user, at the right time
Define product success metrics and track success of features and products
Anticipate future product needs and craft plans to realize them, balancing new product development, feature improvements, speed to market and tech debt considerations
Work with cross-functional teams on product go-to-market strategy
Prepare roadmap and product presentations, assist with product documentation and training materials, and other internal and external product collateral
3 + years of product management or related experience
Prior experience building analytics offerings; experience with communication, contact center, collaboration and similar products a plus
Experience understanding business problems and translating them to product requirements
A track record of taking products to market and managing the product life cycle
Sufficient technical prowess to talk to engineers about architecture and product decisions (technical background/education not a requirement)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Wicked smart, with good problem solving skills
Ability to make complex data simple to understand through proper UI, UX, visual representation, aggregations, etc.
Experience working with teams in multiple locations/timezones a plus
Positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Self-starter, ability to identify the right areas of focus
