Help shape and execute our vision to make Zoom collaboration an amazing experience by elevating our Zoom platform. As the Asynchronous Communication Product Manager, you’ll be a key contributor to our strategy to deliver the most delightful communications experience to our customers and partners. You’ll help identify and drive our strategic integrations between Zoom services, ensuring users have the right tools they need. In those efforts, you’ll determine how to make Zoom collaboration service available where users need it most, while incorporating 3rd parties into our ecosystem - ensuring we strike the right balance. 

 

Your Role:

  • Help define and execute our integration and workflow strategy for Zoom collaboration services.

  • Connect with customers to understand their goals and needs and translate those into solutions that we can deliver. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery of features, processes and happiness. 

  • Prioritize roadmap and communicate plan with stakeholders.

  • Team with Business Development to identify and work with key partners to deliver world class integration to help extend Zoom’s reach. 

  • Define product requirements and work with User Experience team to design our product experience.

  • Evangelize our product and vision to customers of all sizes, from single proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.

  • Work with design and engineering to build key integration workflows (with partners).

 

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • 4+ years of experience as Developer and/or Product Manager. 

  • 3+ years experience building and launching applications and services.

  • Ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.

  • Experience creating technical product and design documents.

  • Strong UX/UI sensibility - you understand when having a few pixels offset could determine success or failure. 

  • Understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly.

  • Excellent communicator

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).

 

Nice to have:

  • 3+ Years internet service experience. 

  • Network experience - knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, Cloud, Web UI.
