Coinbase Commerce’s mission is to make cryptocurrency payments easy for everyone. Our product makes it simple to accept crypto payments for one's business anywhere in the world. As a Product Manager on Coinbase Commerce, you will play a critical role in building our fast-growing product. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to iteratively improve the Commerce product. We are a small, autonomous team and you will have a lot of ownership over the product and a substantial impact on our success.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties) 

• Own features from conception to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Previous experience working in software product management
• A track record of high-velocity product development with frequent shipping
• Deep analytic, prioritization, and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, payments, and empowering small & medium-sized businesses
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Nice to haves

• Crypto & web3 knowledge or curiosity
• FinTech, eCommerce, or online payments industry experience
• Former founder in a software business
