Every day, Plaid helps thousands of developers build a better financial future. You'll be responsible for defining the products that enable Plaid and our customers to shape the future of financial services.

As a product manager on the conversion team, you are responsible for Plaid Link, the product that powers all of Plaid’s APIs by enabling end-users to connect their financial accounts to fintech apps. Your responsibilities include optimizing the existing Link experience while exploring entirely new mechanisms of helping end-consumers navigate the financial account linking process. You have the potential to create differentiation for the company in this area, and it is a role of both immediate and long-term importance.

What excites you

  • Developing a deep understanding of and empathy for the needs of consumers, developers, and financial institutions
  • Creating a long-term product strategy and roadmap that drives conversion metrics and the overall value of Link to our customers
  • Learning as we ship and continuously improving our product development rigor
  • Being a champion internally for the team’s objectives and customers
  • Building enthusiasm for what the team is doing and garnering support from other stakeholders as needed

What excites us

  • A strong empathy for consumer needs and behaviors
  • An ability to drive insights into consumer behavior from both quantitative and qualitative evidence
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including experience with experimentation
  • Experience building developer products and other B2B software products
  • A track record of running through walls to deliver results
  • A superlative ability to bring clarity and focus to complex and ambiguous situations
  • 5-10 years of total professional experience
