Mission:

Fivetran aims to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. As the Product Manager, you will drive forward initiatives to improve the ease of use of our core product dashboard. You'll develop and test hypotheses to help make it even easier to setup and manage connectors and your Fivetran account. You’ll be a product leader that collaborates closely with our customers, customer success, design and engineering to deliver simple, easy user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the dashboard product roadmap; set quarterly goals and track deliverables and results
• Prioritize major initiatives to improve the ease of use for all segments and personas in the Fivetran customer base
• Perform in-depth data analysis and user research to identify areas of opportunity for improvements
• Collaborate closely with design, analytics, engineering, and business leads to drive successful changes
• Evangelize the success of your initiative

Behavioral Requirements:

• Technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with designers and engineers
• Highly collaborative cross-functionally and within product organization

Technical Competency Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding of good UX and copy
• Ability to analyze user data and extract business requirements from multiple stakeholders and transform them into usable and elegant product specifications in close collaboration with design
• Demonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
• 2+ years of product experience in B2B
• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead designers and engineers
