As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead a scrum team for agile development
  • Help shepherd cross-functional efforts in a large-scale clinical environment with stakeholders and engineers in multiple geographies
  • Build quarterly and annual roadmaps, communicate priorities and timelines for various projects involving data infrastructure, report-generation, clinical sign-out, and integrations with LIMS
  • Ensure and contribute to proper documentation throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Provide relevant and timely trainings, demos, and updates for all stakeholders including operations, R&D, bioinformatics, and other engineering teams

Required:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Biology or Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years relevant experience in product management in a clinical setting
  • Some familiarity with SQL and relational databases, some simple programming abilities with any language
  • Experience in large-scale distributed systems and platform services design and proven track record in delivering products and services in AWS
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organized, reliable, team player, able to weigh trade-offs and make decisions in an ever-changing environment
