About the Role
At Chime, we believe in the power of our product to help people lead healthier financial lives. Our Growth team is on a mission to get our product in the hands of the next 10 million members. We focus on how we can improve the experience to remove barriers for people to use Chime.
We are looking for a Product Manager, Growth to build growth product experiences and infrastructure to accelerate the growth of our business. You will drive decision-making through customer insights, quantitative analysis and AB testing. You will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of key Growth initiatives. This includes optimizing our onboarding flows, improving our new user experience, and identifying the next set of new features that will delight our members need and motivate them to invite their friends to join Chime.

Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Embrace the testing process: form and validate data-driven hypotheses for accelerating member acquisition, retention and revenue.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize your roadmap
- Ship minimum-loveable-products that allow us to test our hypotheses while delivering a quality customer experience
- Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies).
- Rapidly iterate on services using customer feedback
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products/experiments
- Capture insights from growth experiments successes and failures, and communicate them to the broader team
- Partner with marketing, risk, compliance, engineering, design, QA, and analytics teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a product manager
- Prior Growth experience and/or MBA a plus
- Strong analytical skills, competence in SQL, and experience with tools for doing data analysis
- An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff
- Experience designing intuitive mobile user interfaces and executing product plans with a well-defined process
- Experience conducting user research to educate product design
- Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points.
- Experience at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment

- Strong collaboration in team environments but able to act quickly as the decision-maker
