The Opportunity
Afterpay is looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive exponential growth of new customers. In this role, you will partner closely with marketers, analysts and engineers to explore opportunities to optimize existing organic and paid media channels by developing new products and optimizing existing ones.

• As Growth Product Manager, you will help increase user acquisition, optimize paid advertising channels, and improve marketing ROI
• Identify and devise strategies to add new growth channels
• Partner with the Growth team to implement new features and test internal, external channels and processes
• Create and maintain up-to-date guidelines for how to use internal tools in order to maximize business impact
• Gather insights and advocate for feature enhancements that will drive marketing efficiency at the channel level including SEO, SEM, FB, App Marketing and various social media partners
• Implement and track the stages of product development ensuring the on-time delivery of features
• Identify and triage bugs and escalate them to the appropriate teams to ensure growth channels are running smoothly
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure visibility across the organization
• You will be expected to work cross functionally with marketing, analytics, designers, developers and growth managers
• Establish success metrics, be outcome driven, test and measure everything, take ownership of the results, track critical metrics and use them to drive decision-making about what's next

• Experience working as a growth product manager in a fast-paced environment
• Having an Explorer mindset that can identify opportunities and can execute well
• Experience crafting a product strategy and vision then turning that into an agile product roadmap
• Experience with building a roadmap, breaking it into experiments for testing hypotheses and working to execute with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers, peers, colleagues, and executives. You can succinctly articulate goals, progress, and priorities in written, verbal, and presentation formats
