Product Manager - Health Programs (Multiple Locations)

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Team. You will be working with Lead Product Managers to help define a product strategy and together with the team, execute in the context of our consumer platform, Achievement. Successful candidates will be able to articulate their abilities to lead build teams through ambiguity in an agile development environment and demonstrate experience prioritizing among competing priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute product strategy and initiatives related to assigned features and tools within Health Programs on Achievement
- Create and present business cases for new feature development based on discussions and requirements gathered from key stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage feature releases with the help of leads and build team
- Participate in customer discovery and user research to inform feature prioritization and design
- Together with engineering and design teams manage features throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure fast-paced, smooth delivery of features and improvements
- Work with leadership to define and track product success against key metrics, ensuring alignment with company milestones and objectives
- Ensure product compliance with relevant industry and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Work with Product Operations and cross-functionally to facilitate operationalization of new features and improvements
- Constantly thinking about and working on implementing product development and engineering process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of software product management experience
- Track record of building and scaling consumer products
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize feature development and releases based on customer needs, resource availability, and business priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Putting the people first and exceptional team motivating ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in product management for digital health consumer products
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and CMIA
- Experience working with React/React-Native and Ruby/Rails developers
- Understanding of and experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
