About the role:

We are looking for a Product Manager for our Care Services team, in the Complex Care & Care Delivery group. The Care Services team is responsible for the design, delivery, and success of all clinical, administrative and financial services provided by our Care and Clinical Organization.

As a product manager on the Care Services team, you will design services that are high quality, outcomes-oriented and personalized for our members, and deliver value for our customers. You will own tools that enable those services to be delivered efficiently and effectively. You will constantly be thinking about how those services are designed to be preferred by our members and how they compete in the market. To accomplish these goals, you'll partner with other product, engineering, and operational teams inside Grand Rounds to use data in new and novel ways; to optimize service delivery workflows; to automate and streamline tasks; to understand market requirements, and to reinforce practices to deliver the highest quality care.

You will be responsible for all services delivered by our Care Team: financial, administrative, and supporting clinical care. You will partner often with the Care Services PM responsible for Clinical services.

*We are headquartered in San Francisco but this person can sit anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining the frameworks and KPIs that govern success for your area of ownership on the Care Services team. These are tied back to our company's objectives
  • Defining the short, medium, and long term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area of ownership. You understand how your plan aligns with our team and organization's plans.
  • Being the subject matter expert on your users, stakeholders, and market performance of your service lines.
  • Driving the entire product lifecycle for your area: from service conception, specification, development, acceptance testing, launch, and training. You will lead rituals inside of that development cycle, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Owning your performance indicators: the definition, measurement, and progress. 
  • Building relationships with our users and stakeholders that facilitate the highest quality collaboration and service design across our teams. 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience designing services, inclusive of technology and operational design
  • A strong track record of leading impactful products from conception to launch
  • Comfortable building on top of platforms like CRMs and Electronic Health Records
  • Experienced working across multiple engineering teams, internal and external, including application developers, web and mobile web engineers, implementation partners.
  • Healthcare experience is a bonus.
  • Passion about the delivery of care, as well as the experience of receiving it, is ideal.
