As a Product Manager, you will work closely alongside engineering, the marketplace, operations, and design teams to define and manage innovative new post-purchase and customer support features. Our product managers are responsible for understanding the problem space and identifying key opportunities for growth by leveraging their product expertise and analytical insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive and manage innovative Post Purchase features that retain customers on Wish and control business costs 
  • Identify and analyze metrics that measure the value and success of your experiments
  • Define, release, and analyze A/B experiments to test the success of new features
  • Work with designers to develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams for new features
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science to deliver impactful results to support customer retention
  • Be intensely data-driven in prioritizing and evaluating the results of all work

Who you are:

  • Passionate about customer experience and support
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and at scale
  • Passionate can-do attitude. Not afraid to try, learn, and improve, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Solution-oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 3+ years of experience in product management

Nice to haves

  • Start up experience
  • Background in Support or Operations or management consulting
  • Experience product managing operational or support features
