The Role
We’re looking for a great Product Manager to drive the In-Store Shopper experience. This PM will partner with sales, merchant services, design, analytics and engineering teams to define end-to-end solutions for In-Store in the US. The PM will be familiar with a wide range of retail and ecommerce tactics, platforms and technologies. The PM will define success metrics and go-to-market strategies to create value for our customers, merchant partners and Afterpay in the US.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive innovation and build ideal retail experience for end users and merchants with a variety of inputs, and clearly articulate rationale behind product decisions
• Deeply understand our customers and their needs, and guide our team to ship innovative and frictionless solutions
• Lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch, in collaboration with design, engineering, analytics, sales, marketing, customer support partners
• Work closely with our technical and operations teams in the US and AU in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Serve as a point person for your product area across the organization and influence key stakeholders throughout AfterPay to align intent, prioritization and resources
Minimum Qualifications
• 4-5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience is mandatory (experience in in-store or eCommerce is a plus)
• Self-starter and a track record of delivering results across the finish line
• Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong communication, growth mindset and obsession with the details
