As the Product Manager for Store Workflows, you'll own the end to end experience and efficacy of some of our most critical app based features. You'll work closely with product designers and researchers to shadow end users, identify opportunities, design and run experiments, and ultimately iterate your way to a perfect workflow that truly delights users. You'll be an expert at understanding the drivers of user behavior, and you'll own one of the most critical tools we have for changing user behavior: in-app feedback and training. You'll be working with an incredibly hardworking team of engineers, designers, and product managers to define and own your the product vision for store workflows.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the product strategy and execution of our store workflows and reporting, including the end to end mobile app experiences, data validation methodology, and drivers of user adoption.
  • Deeply understand the market and our customers to build products that deliver extensive value to our customers and the broader fresh food ecosystem
  • Communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your decisions. Evangelize your vision and excite others with where you want to take your product.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Deployment and Customer Success Teams, Engineering and Design to realize our product vision by taking products from conception to launch.
  • Through user research and data analysis, develop user stories and product requirements, engage in usability and prototype testing, and define and monitor success metrics
  • Own your product vision and roadmap. Communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your decisions. Evangelize your vision and excite others with where you want to take your product
What skills and experience do you need?

  • 3+ years experience as a product manager in a fast paced environment.
  • Technical fluency that enables you to creatively explore possibilities and challenge constraints with engineering, with demonstrated ability to earn the respect of talented engineers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather data, both qualitative and quantitative, emerge with insights, and make and communicate well-reasoned decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, logical reasoning, and storytelling, with proven ability to collaboratively work across a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy and leading design discussions.
