Product Manager, Xpring Developer Services
{X}pring is Ripple’s developer platform for payments. We design, build and participate in open networks democratizing the world of payments, helping money move as easily as data does today through technologies such as Interledger and XRP Ledger.
We are seeking an experienced product manager to helm the cross-functional team responsible for building a robust, global developer ecosystem through {X}pring developer platform.
In this role, you’ll establish strong relationships with developers around the world in a scalable way by crafting amazing products to help developers build the Internet of Value (IOV).
Our team works with the largest developer audience possible. We are engineers + storytellers, representing {X}pring to communities all around the world, inspiring the creation of the future where money flows like data today.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Ship the right developer products, at the right time, consistently
- Establish and drive key metrics to measure the success of our developer products
- Work in close collaboration with developer rel/mktg teams to produce content for {X}pring’s developer audience
- Work in close collaboration with {X}pring product engineering team to build the right products on time
- Identify strategic product opportunities to grow developer product adoption
WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related technical field
- Proven track record building + running internet scale products / platforms
- Ability to partner with executive leadership across engineering, product and marketing organizations
- Have 7+ years experience as a product manager having successfully lead a cross-functional team, defined its mission and helped to achieve its goals
- Successfully recruited and retained great engineers to your team
- Passionate about developer tools, technologies, and content
- Comfort planning in quarters and halves, while also working with a team to set a vision that is multiple years out
- Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different expertise
