About you:

You are a product manager with a keen eye for building good consumer experiences. You thrive on the ownership of high-profile full product launches, while influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and making data-driven business decisions. You demonstrate tenacity, resilience, and leadership enabling you to organize and lead projects, overcome challenges, and propose solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Consumer Growth & Retention initiatives through spec writing, project management and data insights. 
• Manage new tools and capabilities including infrastructure projects, new products, etc. for Business teams
• Work cross functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, Insurance & Underwriting teams
• Able to assess and navigate a complex product organization
• Act as primary voice of our team and leadership to ensure alignment of priorities and project execution
• Build a collaborative team culture - be a team player 

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in relevant field
• 2+ years of Product, Strategy, or Consulting experience
• Experience driving complex product features in an ambiguous environment, ideal candidate also has experience scaling internal workflows & tools
• An eye for compelling design, and the ability to advocate on behalf of what’s best for user experience.
• Creative & detailed thinking paired with strong execution. 
• Comfort with rapidly changing business needs that is typical of a fast-growing company
• Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative thinking.
• Able to quickly assess and understand complex systems, with high EQ ability to serve product ambassador to the rest of the organization.

• A/B testing experience
