We are looking for an outstanding Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving impactful GTM plans for our new products and segments. You will be a strategic partner in shaping the future of the business, from influencing roadmap priorities and product positioning to narrowing in on our strongest value segments and highest impact messaging. 


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and segments. Define the target, establish tactics, and set the KPIs.
  • Ensure product success by developing differentiated positioning, stand-out product marketing and education assets that support product launch and ongoing promotion
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing plans across web, digital, email, social, radio, etc.
  • Work with the Consumer Insights team to build out research plans for products, segments and messaging. Be an expert on the customer internally.
  • Influence the roadmap by representing the customer's voice and work with Product Management to define the right feature sets.
  • Analyze customer data to identify new opportunities, strengths and weaknesses.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and articulate where NEXT has the right to win, where we must improve, and what we need to build.
  • Quantify performance in collaboration with channel owners of owned audience segments and features, reporting out regularly to Product and Marketing leadership


What We Need:

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing or brand marketing
  • Experienced in applying user insights, research, and consumer data
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action and delivering results
  • Excited to build something new and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in B2B and affiliate marketing is highly desired
  • MBA a plus

Our headquarter office is located in the College Terrace neighborhood in the city of Palo Alto, California and near all the local eateries on California Ave. We also have offices in Rochester, NY and Boston, MA.
