Product Operations Manager
You’ll join our Product, Development, and Engineering (PDE) organization reporting to the Chief of Staff, PDE. As the Product Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in helping the PDE organization to operate seamlessly, transparently, and drive accountability by establishing processes, tools, measurable goals, and cross-team communication streams. You’ll be a key driver in helping strategic company initiatives succeed while enabling our PDE organization to scale and grow.

The impact you’ll make:
- Define and standardize the product development process from discovery to launch to ensure rigor and consistency
- Be a crucial partner to PDE throughout the development cycle by establishing methods of tracking, project managing, and reporting against key initiatives
- Partner with Product Managers, Business Analytics, and Finance to define and establish product goals to measure the success of our products and development process
- Project manage the governance of key initiatives by establishing and standardizing the communication process, meeting cadence, and update format
- Streamline cross-functional communication and visibility to help drive alignment, discover blind spots, and ensure key people have a seat at the table
- Be the connective tissue between the Product Organization, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales to understand cross-functional dependencies, knowledge gaps, and identify opportunities
- Work in close partnership with the Chief of Staff overseeing PDE, respective product heads across business units, the EVP of Product, EVP of Engineering, and CTO
Skills you’ll bring:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience and 5+ years of experience in operations, product management, project or program management
- Experience in SaaS-based technologies and platforms; knowledge of the Marketing Technology space an added plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively communicate up and down the organization
- Ability to build relationships with key members across the organization
- Meaningful active listening skills to keep a constant pulse on the organization to identify challenges and gaps that create opportunities for improvement
- Data-driven thinker and analytical mindset across both quantitative and qualitative data
- A “get it done” mentality; self-starter with a discipline for defining priorities, driving decisions and getting closure on tasks and projects
