Job Overview:
RingCentral is looking for a Product Program Manager to be a key leader in delivering products and features for the Security and Analytics product lines. You will partner closely with product managers, developers, operations, product marketing, support and other parts of the organization to launch best-in-class features and products.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end program coordination across product, engineering, operations, infrastructure, marketing, support, training, etc.
Coordinate & track readiness for all requirements across various product and engineering teams and ensure that all teams meet quality and delivery schedules.
Dependency and risk management. Anticipate potential risks and coordinate with teams to take appropriate corrective action.
Clear and frequent communication to stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
Define project schedule, milestones, reporting structure for the program
Drive to continuously improve planning, tracking and reporting processes to eliminate manual work wherever possible to enable teams to scale.
Create/act as the single source of truth for project schedules, especially for projects with cross-team dependencies.
Ideal Experience:
Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, analytics, security
Proven experience taking large product releases from planning to launch
7+ years’ experience in Technical Program Management for product development
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field and equivalent practical experience
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and development individuals at all levels
Ability to lead and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and/or cultures
Experience in using Agile methodologies while managing large, complex projects with multi-function teams.
