As our first dedicated Product Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering training at scale to our expanding customer base. With Bolt’s portfolio of both enterprise and small business customers, you’ll run a mix of white-glove tailored training, and open-registration standardized training, to meet the needs of our different customer types. As a member of our Customer Education team, you’ll work closely with our Instructional Designer to build and refine training materials to deliver an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high quality live training sessions to new and existing customers, via virtual platforms and in-person as required (when in-person work resumes)
  • Partner with Instructional Design to provide feedback and improve training materials
  • Schedule, manage, and deliver open-registration and individualized training sessions
  • Become an expert on Bolt’s products and features, able to answer complex questions during training sessions
  • Measure success of training programs and report key performance metrics to the broader organization

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience delivering live training and evaluating training programs, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to prioritize and effectively handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Able to break down sophisticated technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Ecommerce experience a plus
  • Up to 25% travel may be required when travel resumes
