Senior Director, Product - Strategic Partnerships (Multiple Locations)

We are seeking a talented and experienced product leader to champion our product strategy and execution with our strategic partners. As the Senior Director of Product, Strategic Partnerships, you will develop and deliver novel health studies and product experiences to consumers around the globe, sponsored by Evidation’s high profile strategic partners, that empower consumers to participate in better health outcomes. Successful candidates will thrive on navigating complex partner landscapes, building scalable and efficient platforms to enable global product delivery, and defining success based on measurable user impact and business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain trust, alignment, clear communication and fruitful collaboration with strategic partner stakeholders at the senior leadership level
- Lead multiple build teams to execute with excellence on product strategies jointly defined with strategic partners
- Coach and guide product managers to work effectively with engineering leads, program managers and other cross-functional team members, ensuring high build velocity, product quality and business outcomes
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer and user needs, and ensure that product managers and build teams focus on solving the most important customer/user problems to optimize positive customer/user impact
- Ensure alignment of strategic partnership goals and success metrics with Evidation’s company objectives and strategies
- Inspire your product managers and build teams with a compelling vision for strategic partnerships and their role in Evidation’s continued growth mission impact
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of software product management experience
- 5+ years of proven leadership managing and growing a strong PM team and senior level PM leaders
- Track record of building and scaling consumer products and platforms
- Ability to rationalize, negotiate and navigate diverse and competing priorities, strategies and perspectives
- Experienced communicator and influencer with senior leaders and in high stakes partnership situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading large-scale consumer health products/platforms/programs, in the U.S. and internationally
