About the Role

We are looking for a Product Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate to partner with our Product, Engineering, and Design teams, helping Faire make data-driven product decisions. In this role, you'll leverage a unique combination of analytical skills, strategic problem solving, and business / product intuition across a variety of high-impact projects. You'll provide thought partnership to product, engineering, and design leads, using data to help launch new features or shape the future of our product.

As a Product Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate you will

• Break down complex problems to uncover actionable insights
• Communicate and evangelize data driven insights to drive product strategy
• Proactively surface the most critical data-based questions and find creative ways for you and your teammates to answer them
• Set the standard for operational excellence around trustworthy and reliable data
• Provide thought partnership to product leads, engineering managers, and design leads to ensure product teams are using data thoughtfully and correctly
• Level up the Product Strategy & Analytics team through new and improved processes, training, coaching and more

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a quantitative role across analytics, data science, product, consulting, and finance.
• You are a strategic problem solver. You can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach to solving them.
• You are a strong communicator. You can crisply communicate actionable data-driven insights to all audiences.
• You have a solid analytical foundation. You can use SQL to query large datasets, have experience with A/B testing, and have strong analytical rigor.
• You have strong product and business intuition. You contextualize how insights fit into broader business goals and have a strong understanding of product and business metrics.
• You are scrappy and resourceful. When something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen.
• You are an extraordinarily fast learner. You have the natural curiosity and intellectual horsepower to deeply understand new topics and pick up new skills in a very short time.
