Join Rally Health as a Senior Product Content Manager where you and the team will oversee the user experience in the Rally digital platform (suite of web and mobile apps). These integrated apps allow a user to easily manage their daily health and healthcare. You will report to the Lead of Copy and work with the Experience Design Team.

You Will:

  • Write UX/UI product copy and help with content updates to our existing products
  • Create a content production calendar with regular review messaging
  • Conduct a content audit of existing pages and present reports with essential findings to relevant partners
  • Work on the content migration for new products or programs and track content needed for new products or programs (new, repurposed, direct transfer)
  • Develop and document content tone and track completion of content migration / approval activities
  • Develop product content strategy standards and maintain internal repository and editorial policy with the XD team 
  • Extensive familiarity with content management systems.
  • Experience in UX design, site management, analytics and knowledge management.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking. 
  • Experience writing health-related content is a definite plus.
  • Strong experience sourcing information, presenting it in a discoverable, easy-to-navigate interface and assessing impact. 

You Have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5+ years of content production and management experience.
  • Experience with UX/UI writing
  • Portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines for web and mobile applications.
